Shipping policy

Processing and delivery

Every piece is made to order and hand made in the USA. Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days from the day you order. We email you as soon as your order ships. Around the holidays, delivery can take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on US orders over $100. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

We currently ship within the United States.

Address issues and lost parcels

If we notice a problem with a shipping address, we will contact you to confirm it before shipping, which can add a few days. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full.
