How returns work
- 30-day window. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
- Full refund. Once we receive your return, we refund 100% of the item price to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
- Condition. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we cover everything. Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You don't pay a cent.
Lost in transit
If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full. Just make sure your shipping address was correct.
